M\u016f\u017eeme si je p\u0159edstavit jako velmi t\u011bsn\u00fd neopren. Pohne-li se ruka v\u00a0neoprenu, l\u00e1tka se nat\u00e1hne i\u00a0na hrudn\u00edku, na z\u00e1dech, na noh\u00e1ch. A\u00a0pokud se fascie jednou po\u0161kod\u00ed, tato zm\u011bna se postupn\u011b p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1l a d\u00e1l. Proto je vhodn\u00e9 hledat p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu bolest\u00ed i\u00a0jinde ne\u017e p\u0159\u00edmo v\u00a0m\u00edst\u011b pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. A\u00a0t\u0159eba i\u00a0v\u00a0d\u00e1vn\u00e9 minulosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u017e jste toho nastudovali spoustu o\u00a0bolesti, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1s tr\u00e1p\u00ed n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f, \u010di dokonce m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f? Nav\u0161t\u00edvili jste kdejak\u00e9ho odborn\u00edka a pomoc st\u00e1le nikde? Bolest je st\u00e1le stejn\u00e1, \u010di dokonce v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed? T\u011blo ukr\u00fdv\u00e1 nejedno tajemstv\u00ed a v\u011bda je postupn\u011b objevuje. Jeden z\u00a0nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch objev\u016f jsou pr\u00e1v\u011b fascie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00e1 se o\u00a0velice slo\u017eitou a nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st t\u011bla. Pro jej\u00ed komplikovanou strukturu, vlastnosti a funkce z\u016fst\u00e1vala dlouho neobjevena. A\u00a0p\u0159itom, pokud nefunguj\u00ed, jak maj\u00ed, mohou b\u00fdt zdrojem jak\u00e9koliv, roky ne\u0159e\u0161iteln\u00e9, bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h20\">Co jsou fascie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O&nbsp;\u010dem je tedy \u0159e\u010d? Fascie jsou obaly sval\u016f. Jsou to drobn\u00e1 kolagenov\u00e1 vl\u00e1kna propojen\u00e1 v&nbsp;s\u00edt\u011b. Odd\u011bluj\u00ed vz\u00e1jemn\u011b kosti, svaly, nervy, c\u00e9vy a org\u00e1ny. T\u011blo vlastn\u011b dr\u017e\u00ed sv\u016fj tvar d\u00edky fasci\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maj\u00ed dv\u011b vrstvy, jednu povrchovou a jednu hlubokou. Vz\u00e1jemn\u00e1 kluznost mezi t\u011bmito vrstvami je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 pro zdrav\u00ed pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu. Volnost pohybu, kloubn\u00ed rozsah, spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 funkce vnit\u0159n\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f a mnoho dal\u0161\u00edho funguje d\u00edky t\u00e9to kluznosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h21\">Fascie jsou jako neopren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fascie maj\u00ed specifick\u00e9 vlastnosti, mezi n\u011b\u017e mimo jin\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed propojenost. Fascie hrudn\u00edku toti\u017e p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed do fascie ramene, fascie ramene do fascie zad, fascie zad do fascie h\u00fd\u017ed\u011b a tak d\u00e1l.
