Z fyzick\u00e9ho hlediska, je zakon\u010den\u00edm na\u0161eho tr\u00e1vic\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a star\u00e1 se o odv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed \u201eodpad\u016f\u201c z t\u011bla. Je pro n\u00e1s velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby bylo \u010dist\u00e9 a spr\u00e1vn\u011b fungovalo. St\u0159evo m\u00e1 za \u00fakol prov\u00e1d\u011bt l\u00e1tkovou v\u00fdm\u011bnu a p\u0159es svou st\u011bnu p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1 t\u011blu l\u00e1tky pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro \u017eivot. Soli, voda, vitam\u00edny se dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed aktivn\u00edm transportem ze st\u0159eva do krve. Zanesen\u00e9 tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo pak h\u016f\u0159e pln\u00ed svou funkci a \u010dlov\u011bk, a\u010d pln\u011b nasycen, v podstat\u011b trp\u00ed podv\u00fd\u017eivou. St\u0159evo je z\u00e1kladem na\u0161eho zdrav\u00ed. V jak\u00e9m stavu m\u00e1me st\u0159eva, tak se c\u00edt\u00edme a tak vypad\u00e1me. S\u00edla na\u0161eho imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu z\u00e1vis\u00ed na stavu na\u0161eho st\u0159eva ze 70 a\u017e 90%!!!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e1rov\u00fdm org\u00e1nem tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva jsou pl\u00edce. Proto nemoci horn\u00edch cest d\u00fdchac\u00edch maj\u00ed \u010dasto p\u016fvod ve st\u0159evu. Oslaben\u00e9 tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo se projev\u00ed na stavu d\u00fdchac\u00ed soustavy a imunit\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z hlediska psychiky je tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo m\u00edstem na\u0161eho podv\u011bdom\u00ed, na\u0161ich nejhlub\u0161\u00edch obav, strach\u016f a stinn\u00fdch str\u00e1nek. Probl\u00e9my tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva se projevuj\u00ed zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159e\u017eit\u00fdch a neaktu\u00e1ln\u00edch emoc\u00ed, probl\u00e9my s d\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm a p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00edm na citov\u00e9 rovin\u011b, pocitem nedostate\u010dn\u00e9ho ocen\u011bn\u00ed, zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a n\u011bkdy a\u017e depres\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo je nejaktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mezi 5. a 7. hodinou rann\u00ed. Hl\u00eddejte si dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem tekutin. V l\u00e9t\u011b n\u00e1m jde v\u011bt\u0161inou dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed tekutin l\u00e9pe ne\u017e v zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed. Proto si pitn\u00fd re\u017eim opravdu hl\u00eddejte. Pijte teplou vodu, \u010daje (bylinkov\u00e9, bancha zelen\u00fd \u010daj, b\u00edlou chryzat\u00e9mu s kustovnic\u00ed, &#8230;). Jezte potraviny bohat\u00e9 na vl\u00e1kninu, a to lu\u0161t\u011bniny (fazole, s\u00f3ju, hr\u00e1ch, cizrnu), obiloviny zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b ty bez lepku (j\u00e1hly, pohanka, quinoa), r\u00fd\u017ee (ide\u00e1ln\u011b natural), otruby, celozrnn\u00e9 obiloviny a kl\u00ed\u010dky, ln\u011bn\u00e9 sem\u00ednko, zeleninu (p\u00f3rek, cibuli, \u0159epu, mrkev, topinambury, arty\u010doky atd.) a ovoce (f\u00edky, \u0161vestky, hroznov\u00e9 v\u00edno, d\u00fdn\u011b, jablka, hru\u0161ky). D\u00e1le med a kvalitn\u00ed rostlinn\u00e9 oleje nejl\u00e9pe ln\u011bn\u00fd, d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00fd. Vhodn\u00e9 jsou tak\u00e9 vla\u0161sk\u00e9 o\u0159echy (pozor na mno\u017estv\u00ed, jsou h\u016f\u0159e tr\u00e1veny), jedl\u00e9 ka\u0161tany, med \u010di usu\u0161en\u00e9 lesn\u00ed houby. Z bylinek, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, doporu\u010dujme zejm\u00e9na km\u00edn, fenykl, an\u00fdz a zah\u0159eje n\u00e1s i mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek (ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed p\u016fsob\u00ed jako opi\u00e1t, pozor tedy i tady na jeho mno\u017estv\u00ed). D\u00e1le je v\u00fdborn\u00fd plicn\u00edk l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fd, kter\u00fd je doporu\u010dov\u00e1n na uklidn\u011bn\u00ed st\u0159ev p\u0159i pr\u016fjmech, stejn\u011b tak jako sko\u0159ice. Ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a\u017e do jara vypou\u0161t\u00edme, vn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed do t\u011bla chlad a zahle\u0148uj\u00ed n\u00e1s. Obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b, pokud m\u00e1me zanesen\u00e1 st\u0159eva. Pro podporu peristaltiky st\u0159ev m\u016f\u017eeme vyzkou\u0161et indickou vl\u00e1kninu tzv. psyllium nebo zelen\u00fd j\u00edl. A nezapome\u0148te na oby\u010dejn\u00e9 KYSEL\u00c9 ZEL\u00cd, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm to netermizovan\u00e9, nesterilovan\u00e9 a ani jinak tepeln\u011b neupravovan\u00e9.
